Affordable Accommodation: Tariffs range from $140 to $385.00 per night, (includes all taxes) this is dependant on the length of your stay and the number of guests. Both corporate and private guests are most welcome.   

Rates: Our rental rates quoted at the time of enquiry include the complete cost of the house, townhouse or villa,  all furnishings and utilities (other than internet and long distance phone calls).

Minimum Stay: 3 Day Minimum Stay.

Deposit: A deposit is required upon booking -1 nights accommodation for short term stays (3 days to 1 week) or 1 weeks deposit (for 2 or more week stays).

Balance: Payable upon check in.  

We accept all major credit cards,eftpos, direct debit, cash and pre-approved company cheques.

Cancellation Policy: Less than 48 hours notice 100% of deposit.

Telephone: Phone connection is also included in all properties with free local calls incorporated in cost. Std and International calls will be billed to your account.

Internett:  Access is available in all properties. Wireless or Broadband is supplied for your convenience. Internett is charged on a daily or weekly basis.

Pets: We have a NO PETS policy.

Additional Charges

Various options are available for the Servicing of the Accommodation.

We offer a 3 Day Cleaning Service incorporated in the rate however for an additional charge a Daily Cleaning Service is available if required.   

*Please note: Additional charges that may be incurred are long distance telephone costs and any special customised furnishings you may request, such as baby high chairs and cots.  

For long term stays a mandatory departure cleaning fee of $200.00 will be charged for stays of 1 month or longer.
